New Zendo Lims version 2.6

We have started 2023 with a new Zendo Lims version, with the following new features: New Reporting for Request Listing, new options in the Status Panel Dashboard, being able to filter by different criteria, the addition of the Multimedia module to the Incidents management, improvements and more options when sending documents by destination, etc.

The generation of Request Listing with the New Reporting will allow us to freely design the content through its visual tools. We will be able to create new listing models through its specific maintenance, as well as the possibility of changing the designs on the go at the time of generation.

Now, we will be able to associate images, documents or links through the Multimedia Module, to any existing incident in the system.

In the Status Panel Dashboard, we have added the option of displaying laboratory information filtered by a multitude of criteria such as period, provenance, petitioner, type of petition, destination, etc.

he generation of Reports by Destination will allow us to choose for each destination whether we want to group them in a single document or generate one for each request, as well as the option to generate e-mail alerts to the destinations as soon as new results reports are available.

During the year 2023, significant improvements will be introduced in the software for Anatomical Pathology laboratories and we will continue to make progress with the addition of Worksheets, Invoices, Budgets, Warehouse, etc. to the New Reporting system.

New Zendo Lims version 2.5

Zendo Lims version 2.5 incorporates the following new features: Dynamic tables Management, fully personalised by the user, additional free auxiliary fields in requests, cash receipt issuing, multi-laboratory improvement in all the modules of the system, etc.

Through Dynamic Tables Now, we can freely design any data structure for storage in the system:
- Configure all the tables you need by specifying the exact type of each field (text, numbers, dates, comments, etc), whether it is mandatory or if it has a default value.
- Relate each table to other dynamic tables or to other tables in the system such as companies, provenances, petitioners, diagnoses, destinations, laboratories, counties, etc...
- Link easily each new table to the request management to expand the information required when registering requests or sample data.
- Finally, include any data included in the dynamic tables into the results report.

Up to 12 new Free Auxiliary Fields have been added, totally configurable for use in the Requests Entry

In the Cash Module, the print option has been incorporated Ticket with the receipt of the transaction that was carried out.

Now we have the option to filter by Laboratory in all modules of the System, for more efficient data processing in multi-laboratory environments.

We will soon be working on the inclusion of the Electronic Requests of these latest developments (new reporting, dynamic tables, auxiliary fields). We will also develop the option to automatically schedule the execution of the Smart Rules defined in the system. We will continue to make progress with the incorporation of the New Worksheets Reporting, Request Lists, Invoices, ... etc , to allow greater possibilities in the design of the documents issued by the system.

New Zendo Lims Version 2.4

Zendo Lims version 2.4 is ready with the following new features: New reporting for issuing of Results Reports, New HTML text editor, possibility to duplicate requests, quick introduction of Batch Requests, sending quotes by destination, etc.

The new Engine, for Generating Results Reports, has been incorporated into the system with the aim of allowing more flexibility and possibilities in the design of the report:
- Now, The Report has been broken down into small parts that can be modified by using an Online Designer with all the options that it offers.
- The user will be able to freely set up the visual tool for configuring the Headers, Footers, Data Sample and Report´s Signature .
- You can drag different elements around: Images, Texts, Tables, Barcodes, Graphics , etc, and link them to any field in the database, as well as give them the appearance you prefer (size, colour, font type, etc.).
- Perfect HTML interpretation of the texts included in the request, such as comments on the results and on the techniques themselves. The Export of the report to different formats (PDF, Word, Excel, HTML, etc.) has also been improved.
- When creating the Report Template, each of the customised parts that the user has designed will be specified.
- The new reporting engine will be fully compatible with the old one and they will be able to co-exist simultaneously.

The new HTML Text Editor makes it easier to include rich formatted text in the system. Table processing is now much easier and more user-friendly and it offers full compatibility with the new reporting engine.

The possibility of duplicating requests has also been included, copying any registered request. Similarly, we can quickly generate groups of requests by selecting requests from the list and clicking on Generate new group.

Now Zendo Lims allows you to automate the send of quotes by destinations specified in the clients previously.

We will soon be moving forward with the addition of the New Reporting of Worksheets, Requests Lists, Invoices, Quotes, etc. , to allow for greater possibilities in the design of the documents generated by the software. We will also work on the creation of Dynamic Tables in the software, where the user will be able to customise new tables to store any type of information needed for later linking it to a requests and including them in the results reports.

New Zendo Lims Version 2.3

After almost a year of hard work, version 2.3 of Zendo Lims is ready with many new features:

Smart Rules Management, Distribution Supervisor for the pre-analytical module, QR Code generator for online results query, integration of external PDFs in the results report, modification of block requests, improvements in the automatic submission of invoices and warehouse orders, improvements in the print module, improvements in the electronic request, etc.

The new Smart Rules Management Module allows us to automate tasks in the laboratory by creating rules for the creation of Search, Handling, Printing and Alerts through complex conditions and actions:

- With Searching Rules you can customise the selection of requests and results using advanced queries that link request, sample, test and result data.
- Through Handling Rules you could indicate actions such as adding and deleting tests, modifying results and comments, repeating tests, validating results, etc., on all those requests that meet the chosen condition.
- Printing Rules provide us with the possibility to issue results reports, Request Lists, Worksheets or Advanced Statistics depending on the defined conditions.
- With Alarm Rules you will be able to send e-mail alerts, register messages in the system or create incidents, for those requests and results that meet the set conditions.
- Using the Smart Rules Control Panel you will be able to launch the rules you need at any time, as well as monitor all run actions and check the history of the finalised rules. The option to schedule rules at certain times for full automation will be available soon.

The Distribution Supervisor allows visual monitoring of the status of each of the containers included in the pre-analytical process: Not yet distributed, distributed, received and completed in each of the sections. All this information can be broken down by Laboratories, by Sections, by Containers and also by Identifiers.

It has been included the possibilily of generating QR Codes to be included in the Results Reports, next to each test, with the necessary information to consult OnLine the test result for its correct validation.

Other important improvements have been included such as the viability of attaching Pdf files directly in the Results reports through the multimedia module, the possibility of directly sending any type of report (not only Results Reports) via e-mail without having to download it previously, the option of modifying a set of requests in block to update the company, origin, petitioner, to add tests, to eliminate tests, etc.

In future releases, we will focus on the new results reporting engine to provide it with many more visualisation and personalisation options. We will also be addressing substantial improvements for pathological anatomy, creation of customised dashboards, etc.

New Zendo Lims Version 2.2

Zendo Lims version 2.2 has been released with the following new features: Advanced Multimedia Module, Document Management, Multi-laboratory Enhancements, etc.

The new Multimedia Module adds the option of associating any type of document to any system maintenance record (technical, companies, petitioners, etc.). We can also include links to websites or documents hosted on external storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, etc.

Now, Zendo Lims allows full integration with different Documents Management such as OnlyOffice, Microsoft Office 365 or Google G Suite. Via OnlyOffice you can manage your company's documents by setting permissions per users and groups, and by sharing, editing and working on online documents. OnlyOffice also allows you to organise your mail, keep track of projects and tasks or even use a complete CRM to streamline your business processes.

Within the Multi-laboratory Options now it will be possible to configure a separate e-mail for each of the associated laboratories, as well as, the specification of report destinations separately for each of them.

Small improvements have been included too, such as the addition of the signature of the person responsible for validating the sample in the Results Report, apart of other improvements in the Sample Management and Storage modules.

In our continuous improvement policy, we will address substantial improvements for Anatomical Pathology laboratories, the new engine for generating Reports and Lists, automatic rules system, customised Dashboards' creation, etc.

New Zendo Lims Version 2.1

For this new version 2.1 of Zendo Lims, the following new features have been included: Multilanguage support, improved security, request groups, quotation groups, etc.

Thanks to the Multilanguage support , the system can be configured to work in English, Portuguese or Spanish, either at the global laboratory level or individually for each user of the system.

There has been a significant improvement in the Safety to access Zendo Lims by creating IP addresses per lab or per user, secure passwords control and two-factor authentication.

By creating Request Groups we can combine different related requests, in order to generate a single Results Report that allows us to obtain the information in columns by tests or by samples, as well as the introduction of all the results from a unique screen.

In addition, it is now possible to create Quotation Groups to gather together quotations of different characteristics into a single one in order to obtain global documents and invoices.

In this new version, we will be able to configure different conditions for rounding decimals in the results, the Uncertainty Management , detection and quantification limits, accredited tests and compliance according to regulations.

We have postponed some developments in order to focus soon on a comprehensive Document Management Module , a Employees Management Module and improvements focused on laboratory Quality Control management. Then we will cover developments related to the automatic management of the laboratory, a new engine for issuing Reports and Lists, or the creation of Dashboards fully personalised by the user.

New Zendo Lims Version 2.0

Zendo Lims version 2.0 includes the following new features: Pre-analytical Samples Management Module, Advanced Results Validation Module, etc.

This Pre-analytical Samples Management Module has been specifically designed to carry out the distribution and reception of the sample containers, controlling the areas or sections they have to pass through to complete the analysis process.

A very compehensive Results Validation Module allows an exhaustive review of all obtained results by the laboratory. You will be able to validate manually or automatically through a simple multiple criteria selection process, filtering by out of range results, normal results, Delta Check control, pending results, etc. By configuring Smart Rules may freely define, without limitation, all those cases of interest that they are required for the validation of results.

For future releases we are planning to develop an Automatic Rules System to perform all kinds of tasks such as validating results, generating results reports, adding and deleting tests, modifying results, sending alerts, generating automatic lists, etc. It is also planned to improve Reporting Tools to offer a more modern and user-friendly environment, allowing the user to interactively modify the layout of the system's documents.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.9

In this new version 1.9 of Zendo Lims we have incorporated the following new features: Complete Quotation Management Module, Electronic Request Module, Test Correlation Charts, Chat and messaging enhancements for multi-laboratory environments, etc.

The Quotation Management Module will offer us the possibility of keeping a complete control of all the quotes generated for clients, both in their initial phase with all the necessary paperwork, as well as in the work supervision flow and, finally, in the control of their invoices and payments.

An advanced Electronic Request system has also been developed, which will allow to its professional clients, in real time, to request and check the status of all sent requests, as well as the reception of the new obtained results . The laboratory will manage all the traffic of the received requests through a request mailbox for their automatic incorporation into the system.

In the Quality Control Module, a new option has been added, called Correlation Charts, which allows the graphical exploitation of paired test results at different time delays, as well as trend analysis.

For future releases, our efforts will focus on the full and automatic Validation of Results and also on the Pre-analytical Distribution Module of samples within the laboratory.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.8

Zendo Lims version 1.8 has been released with the following new features: Closed Worksheet Management, 2-Step Authentication, Quality Control and Multimedia Module enhancements, etc.

Through Closed Worksheets Management You will be able to generate worksheets by section and by laboratory, including only the requests and tests existing at the time of their selection. By the aid of the Worksheets administration, you will control in real time the status in which they are, and you will have the possibility of expanding, deleting, printing, entering and validating the results of the tests that are part of each generated worksheet .

In order to improve the security of the system, the optional possibility has been developed for the user to perform a double authentication, or 2-step verification so as not to rely solely on the password entered. Through an app, installed on the user's mobile phone, such as Google Authenticator or similar, a verification code is additionally entered to access the application.

In this new version, the Quality Control Module features have been extended, both for the evaluated serums and for the incidents management, apart of the multimedia module management has been improved, etc.

In the next release, we will finish the Quotations Module , Electronic Request Module, and the Results Validation Module , etc.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.7

For the new version 1.7 we have included the following new features: Cash management, Serum Bank or Samples Warehouse Module, etc.

Through the Serum Bank or Samples Warehouse Module you will be able to keep an exhaustive control of the samples stored in the laboratory. Freely design the size and layout of the storage racks for each of the sections or for each of the centres. The system will visually and intuitively show you the status of each of the storage racks. Conveniently locate the stored sample container or assign a new position within the selected rack. Likewise, you will have the possibility of making comments and notes on the stored sample.

A comprehensive Cash Management Module to manage and organise all cash movements made by the laboratory such as, openings, receipts, withdrawals and balance updates. You can easily obtain summaries and lists of all the economic activity carried out.

In this new version we have made important optimisations aimed at improving the speed of entering test requests and sample data.

For the next version our efforts will be focused on the development of a powerful Results Validation Module as well as, improvements to the security of the software through two-factor authentication.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.6

In the new version 1.6 we have incorporated the following new features: Tasks Supervisor, Appointments Module, Barcodes Generation, Data Importer, etc.

Through the Tasks Supervisor you will be able to control in detail the general status of the Laboratory. The system will show you graphically the situation of both the requests and the results of all the tests, being able to visualise and break them down by areas and sections. In addition, you can interactively modify and validate the results, as well as generate results reports.

The Appointments Module offers us the possibility of creating scheduled appointments for taking a sample on a specific date. We will be able to create, modify, review and organise these appointments through an interactive calendar. Likewise, we will have at our disposal the possibility of generating all types of lists and automatically managing the conversion of these appointments into requests.

In this new version, we have equipped the system with the possibility of freely designing the labels for the Barcodes , being able to indicate the type of used Code (Codabar, Code 128, 3 of 9, etc.), as well as, all the information of the sample that will be included in the label. You can specify both the size and the position of each label, as much as the elements that are part of it.

It has also been included Digital Signature to the Results Reports by means of an electronic certificate to prove the authenticity and integrity of the data in the document.

Finally, we have provided the system with a complete Data Importer , to facilitate the arduous task of automatically incorporating into the master tables any information contained in txt, csv, xlsx, mdb, accdb, xml, etc. files. A powerful wizard will guide us through the process, indicating everything we need to be able to import data from other systems correctly.

In the next releases, different functionalities and improvements will be gradually included, such as an advanced Results Validation Module , a Serum Bank Management Module , a Cash Management Module and a complete module for the pre-analytical management of the Samples Distribution.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.5

Zendo Lims version 1.5 has been released with several new features such as: Advanced Results Entry , a complete Emergencies Module , Speech Recognition, Personalised Invoicing , etc.

Through the Advanced Results Entry it is possible to visualise and modify the test results in grid mode using worksheets or by freely selecting the techniques and validating them individually or in blocks.

With the new Emergencies Module you will have an exhaustive control of the urgent requests being able to control the total time of process and generating results reports in an automatic way. With the emergency statistics you can graphically visualise all the emergencies processed in different time intervals (monthly, weekly, daily, hourly, etc.).

A powerful tool has been integrated into the system, the multi-lenguaje Speech Recognition for convenient entry of comment-type results, with various commands for including special characters, insertion commands and movement through the text.

The possibility of generating invoices in a totally personalised way has been included, with the possibility of freely indicating the items to be invoiced and their prices.

Along with Dictionaries we will be able to establish equivalences of techniques in different languages in order to generate the Results Reports in the desired language automatically.

Several important utilities have been developed such as automatic launch of results calculations, review or cancel generations of Results Reports and a medical records unifier.

The next version (1.6) will include a Cash Management Module , a Samples Planner Module , a Quotation Module and a complete Tasks Supervisor .

New Zendo Lims Version 1.4

In this latest version, we have provided the system with a complete system of Warehouse Management for the lab, as well as, Advanced Statistics which will allow us to freely link companies with provenances, petitioners, tests and Reference Laboratories.

Throughout Warehouse Management we will be able to place orders to suppliers using the catalogue of reagents and consumables of each one of them. Upon receiving each of the orders, we will automatically update the stock of the articles and we will be able to keep track of each of the delivery notes and invoices received.

We could, at any time, carry out manual and automatic movements of items in order to have always updated in real time the stock of these products. Likewise, we have a tool to obtain the estimated economic value of our warehouse as well as the items out of stock or below the minimum stock, as well as to control the expiry dates or batch numbers.

Another feature added in this version is the Advanced Statistics , which is part of "Statistics and Management" and makes possible to obtain statistical data (No. of Requests, No. of Tests, Cost and Invoiced) by Companies, Provenance, Petitioners, Tests, and Reference Laboratories, as well as their graphical representation in different display modes.

Our next version (1.5) will include an Advanced Results Entry and Validation Module, a Samples Scheduling Module and a Cash Management Module.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.3

This new version of Zendo Lims is totally focused on the management of the Quality within the Laboratory .

On one hand, we will have a full Incident Management to help us with everything related to the certification or accreditation of the laboratory according to ISO Quality Standards. With it, the users of the application will be able to register irregularities, corrective actions, preventive actions, etc., and it will allow them to keep an exhaustive control of any abnormal situation that may occur. You can freely define categories, modalities and types of incidents to cover all the sections and activities of the laboratory. You can also indicate the level of priority, the assigned users, or set up a system of intelligent warnings for each of the incidents.

On the other hand, we can define Control Serum Values for entering into the system and further graphical processing. The data mining supports graphical representations such as Levey-Jennings or Cusum. Through the activation of the Westgard Rules we will be informed at all times of any alerts or errors detected in the performance of the controls, as well as the causes of such problems. We will also have the possibility of graphically displaying the Average Daily Values of the tests analysed in the laboratory, as well as the times performed and their standard deviation.

The next version (1.4) will focus on a complete Warehouse Management Module where we will be able to freely define reagents, consumables and suppliers for the management of warehouse orders with the receiving of delivery notes and invoices. In addition, we will see at any times the situation and economic value of our warehouse and we will be able to easily control the expiry dates and the stock levels.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.2

We are releasing version 1.2 of Zendo Lims with the following new features: Test Panels, Correlations and Microbiology Module .

Throughout Test Panels we will be able to organise in a simple and visual way the display of groups of tests for an agile and intuitive introduction of the techniques in the requests. The configuration of the panels will be done interactively by dragging in any position of the panel each of the techniques and titles to organise them. Likewise, we will assign colours and different presentation sizes to each of the splits. When introducing the tests in the request, we only have to mark those techniques that we want to include and, in addition, we can switch between the different defined display panels.

Along with Correlations we can define different conditions when registering requests depending on the data we enter. In other words, we could configure that if the provenance or selected origin is a specific one, it will only allow us to select from a reduced group of petitioners or it will suggest us to select from a previously agreed group of test profiles.

Another new feature is the addition of a complete Microbiology Module . We will be able to configure Microorganisms and Antibiotics to later assign them to the microbiological tests and introduce the isolated germs and their associated antibiograms. In addition, we will be able to parameterise both panels and antibiotic results, for a quick and effective introduction of antibiotics.

For the next version (1.3) we will focus exclusively on the Laboratory Quality : on one hand, through incident management and document management, and on the other hand, in the definition and processing of evaluated serum controls and its graphic exploitation.

New Zendo Lims Version 1.1

Following the continuous updates and improvements policy, we are releasing version 1.1 of Zendo Lims, where the main focus has been the correction of small bugs and the stabilisation of the system.

On the other hand, we now put a lot of emphasis on providing all the necessary tools for the training and user assistance . To this end, we have a new Help Panel where the user can consult the user manual, training videos, personalised tutorials, suggestions and tips, news and changes, as well as, the possibility of obtaining immediate technical support from the application in a visual and comfortable way.

Regarding the improvements and new functionalities, one of them is the inclusion of its own complete module for the visual management of tests dispatched to external or reference laboratories . From this module, we can graphically control all the details related to the sending of tests and their reception, displaying the number of tests sent , received, pending, their cost and estimated invoicing by external laboratory. In detail, we will be able to control the expected delivery date of each result, as well as those received results passed the deadline or still awaiting reception. In addition, a timeline has been implemented where we can easily visualise all the results planned for a specific date. All of this is provided with the necessary interactivity to enter the results of the tests received at the moment or to communicate with the exchange programmes of each Reference Laboratory and the generation of all the necessary lists to obtain a complete control of the process.

Another new feature is the full automation for the delivery of Results reports . Now the system is able to intelligently send the reports or groups of Results reports to the recipients of the requests. For this purpose, depending on the destination of the request, individual reports will be sent directly to the specified e-mail addresses, or groups of reports will be generated to be sent to a company, provenance or petitioner. In addition, the process works in the background and will not interrupt our work routine and we can always consult its status and any possible incident while it is being sent.

Zendo Lims 2017 Roadmap

For the first quarter of 2017, our efforts will focus on adding much more functionality to the software. In order to archive this, we are planning to include a complete module for the Warehouse Management in the lab, allowing the configuration of suppliers, reagents, consumables, etc., as well as, all the stock control in real time and the placing and receiving of orders from suppliers. Another important module will be the Quality Management in the lab, allowing the interactive management of serum control and their graphic exploitation, as well as the incidents management and the laboratory's document management. Another important module will be the Microbiology aimed at a more efficient management of cultures with the interactive inclusion of germs and associated antibiotic batteries. In addition, we will be incorporating small but important functionalities such as the introduction of requests from test panels.

For the second quarter of 2017, From a technical point of view, we will keep a close eye on all the news related to the new development tools that are already fully stable in this period. I am referring to the inclusion of the new ASP.Net Core platform and the new Angular2. In addition, we will be working on a advanced results entry and validation module which will allow you to work in grid mode by technique or by worksheet or in a fully personalised and interactive way.

For the third quarter of 2017, we will focus on the development of the tools needed for a full statistical analysis and laboratory management. The idea is to provide the software with an interactive and modern tool for the creation of control panels and dashboards that can be fully customised by the user, providing all kinds of graphic and visual aids for their creation.

Finally, for the last quarter of the year, the Pre-analytical Module for sample distribution, the Serum Bank Module for samples storage, an Appointment Module or samples planner and an efficient Emergency Management Module should be implemented.

Zendo Lims Launch

After more than 20 months of hard work, we can finally announce the availability of version 1.0 of the new laboratory management software called Zendo Lims.

The idea has always been the development of a tool adapted to the current times and that provides an efficient, safe and comfortable way to manage all types of laboratories. To accomplish this, we make use of the latest software development technologies for the development of a complete WebApi on .Net Microsoft platform for data processing and powerful management for display in the browser using HTML5, CSS3, Angularjs, JQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap, etc.

We have focused on the complete and uninterrupted operation in the cloud so that the client does not have to worry about unnecessary and complicated investments in their own servers. In addition, the application will be executed from a compatible browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Edge, Safari, etc) on different operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOs, Android, etc) and on any device (PC, tablet, mobile phone). This allows quick access to the application 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, without additional installations or configurations.

On the other hand, we are committed to having a wide versatility when it comes to data storage, allowing different databases that adapt to the volume of each type of laboratory. Currently we can choose between MS Access for small laboratories or the power of MSSQL Server or PostgreSQL for medium and large laboratories.

Our pricing policy is based on the possibility of not having to make large initial investments for the acquisition of the software but for a small monthly fee to have all the functionalities from the very beginning. We also offer the possibility to test the software completely free of charge for 30 days and we provide a multitude of videos and tutorials where the handling of the system is explained in a clear and understandable way.

Another very important and crucial issue is the security of our data in the cloud, which can lead to a certain level of suspicion or rejection. The reality is that today we are surrounded by a multitude of services that work in the cloud such as virtual hard drives (DropBox, OneDrive, etc.), social networks (Facebook, Google+, etc.), messaging programmes (Whatsapp, Skype) that store and manage a multitude of our personal and private data and their growth is unstoppable. All these services use the latest technologies available to protect our information through the use of the HTTPS protocol for encrypted communication, access via JSON Web Tokens or similar, protected and secure Data Centres with regular backups, etc. We, logically, try to be at the forefront of security issues and we implement all these measures in our platform.

Zendo Lims was created as a tool in continuous growth and evolution. We intend to add new functionalities and improvements in a very dynamic and constant way in order to provide everything that laboratories may need.

Zendo Lims provides you with everything you need for the daily work of the laboratory from sample reception to the issuing of the Results Report through sample registration, generation of worksheets, connections with analysers, reference laboratories management, results entry, results validation, generation of results reports and sample invoicing.

One of the most important, powerful and innovative features is the possibility of communicating with any analyser and laboratory device through the web browser itself. By means of a Zendo Lims extension, we provide the browser with the possibility of sending and receiving data through the serial port, through a network socket or simply by sharing files through the client's local network.

Another very interesting feature is the possibility of defining different laboratories or extraction centres that work autonomously within the same application with their own headers, printers, etc. In this way, each centre will only manage its own requests and results and will even be able to invoice independently. The advantage is that we can have users who may want to manage all the samples processed independently of the centre and carry out, for example, joint invoicing for all of them.

In addition, we will always have a real-time chat between all the users set up in the application and even from different work centres with different locations.

The multimedia module offers us the possibility of enriching the results of the samples and their representation in the report with all kinds of images for a greater impact on the client.

Through the Online Results module, we offer our main professional clients the possibility of consulting and printing in real time the results and reports already available in our laboratory, avoiding unnecessary manual sending and waiting.
